When not dreaming up the next greatest idea for her clients, her passions include drumming classic rock on her custom Pearl drums and rocking out, eating sushi with husband Steve and kissing our kitties.

STEVE LANTZ
Creative Director
Steve’s personal and professional experience in the arts covers a broad spectrum, including motion picture and video production, professional photography, architectural design, graphic design, website design and multitrack recording. Read
When not “killing it” on his guitars, he sings and plays keyboards, drums and bass. Steve has recorded many Tom Petty tribute songs where he sang and played every instrument.

BRYAN MASSINEN
Program Director
Bryan is the guy who gets the job done, regardless of the task. The hardest task of all is keeping Fran on track!
Before moving to Arizona in 2017, Bryan coached college football for 13 seasons in Cleveland, Ohio. Read
After 3 Ohio big school State Championships, 1 HS National Championship, 1 World Championship, and 3 players making it to the NFL, it was time to move. For 8 years, Bryan worked for a sports agency and trained NFL players every off-season. At the agency, he was heavily involved in the background of the NFL’s Way To Play initiative from its inception, which involved coming up with language to use, coaching templates, safe drills and training for coaches, and was involved in League office meetings.
A proud graduate of St. Ignatius High School ’98 in Cleveland, and played on the football team during the dynasty years, when the Wildcats were named USA’s Team of the 90s. After playing college football and graduating from Baldwin-Wallace College with a degree in Sport Management, he earned a Master’s in Exercise Science from Cleveland State University. He has an ever growing sports card collection and a TikTok featuring the 5 Nameless Cats that show up in his backyard every day to get fed.
